Skin care got personal a long time ago.
For Brandon, skincare started with family traditions, sensitive skin, curiosity, ingredients, and a lifelong fascination with how the things we put on our skin actually work.
That curiosity became a career, and now, it has a home.
Welcome to The Spot.
THE STORY
It started with soap.
Brandon comes from five generations of soap makers, beginning with his great-great-grandmother in Silver City, New Mexico.
She worked with plants, herbs, oils, and fragrances to make products by hand, long before anyone called it clean beauty or artisanal skincare.
For Brandon, that tradition became something much more personal.
Growing up with vitiligo and sensitive skin made him pay close attention early on. He wanted to understand ingredients. Why some products felt wonderful. Why others absolutely did not. Why skin could behave one way one day and completely differently the next.
So he started making things. Then he started asking more questions.
And eventually, soap led to skin science.
FROM CURIOSITY TO CARE
Listen first. Treat thoughtfully. Recommend honestly.
Brandon became a licensed esthetician and eventually began caring for clients right here in the Green Valley community.
The more people he worked with, the clearer his philosophy became:
The best treatments don't start with a menu. They start with listening.
What bothers you about your skin? What have you tried? What do you actually want?
If Brandon thinks something can help, he'll tell you.
If he doesn't think you need it, he'll tell you that too.
Good skincare isn't about doing the most. It's about doing what makes sense for your skin.
Brandon wanted a place where you could ask questions without feeling silly. Where results matter, and so does how you feel while you're there.
A place where skincare can be serious without being intimidating.
Where everyone feels welcome.
Where old-world craft can live alongside modern professional aesthetics.
Where there are excellent products, personalized treatments, a lot of plants, and probably at least one inappropriate joke before you leave.
The apothecary is where Brandon creates.

Thoughtful, creative, and very particular about the details.
Andie Bessette is an Arizona native, licensed esthetician, and has spent the last eight years building a career in the beauty industry.
What she loves most is helping people feel more confident without making them feel like they have to become someone else.
She is thoughtful about the details, calm in her approach, and genuinely cares about making every client feel comfortable and understood.
Lash artistry became a natural fit for her because it combines creativity, precision, and personalization.
She does not believe in giving everyone the same look.
She pays attention to your features, your style, and the health of your natural lashes, then creates something that feels like it belongs to you.
Beautiful, healthy, personal.
